Processing Times

All items are usually shipped within 3 working days, but this may be longer at busy times. If you need something urgently please contact us.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £35. Postage is charged at £2.95 for orders under £35.

UK Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

If you would like a tracked service you can upgrade to an Express service at checkout, for an additional cost. Delivery provider will vary depending on current availability and reliability! 

USA Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. US orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard so you will receive by USPS. Delivery is usually within 7 working days, but please allow 10 working days before contacting us. This is NOT a tracked service.

An express tracked service is also available at checkout - courier will vary depending on prices and availability. Important - please leave a telephone number at checkout for delivery updates.

All Other International Orders

If you are based outside the UK and US and would like to buy from us, please visit our Etsy store. Thank you.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or couriers.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer must cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
